#FMFINTERVIEW: A Q&A WITH MIO

Mio are an excellent electronic dream pop duo from Adelaide, Australia. They’ve recently released a great single entitled “Neverland”. We had the chance to chat with Mio about Peter Pan, Video Games, and Grimes. Your song ‘Neverland’ is inspired by J.M. Barrie’s ‘Peter Pan’. What is it about this story that compelled you to write this song? When I wrote the music it was definitely around the themes of that story, and the feelings it invokes but I never told Sarah from Le Pie that. I wanted to give her the freedom to find her own connection to the song. FULL POST

#FMFINTERVIEW: BITTER’S KISS (CHLOE BAKER)

CHLOE BAKER

Words by Savannah Sparks When I first heard “The Rope” I was taken by the fact that Bitter’s Kiss (AKA Chloe Baker) was so young with such a mesmerizing voice.
